To initiate the cancellation process, kindly send an email to support@decorworth.com, including your order number. Upon verification, a full refund will be promptly initiated. Please note that this cancellation policy is not applicable to custom orders.

Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted rate or during a sale, as well as partial orders and custom products, are considered final sale. We will not be accommodate returns or exchanges for these products.

Damaged/Incorrect Items Delivered: We kindly request that you inspect your products immediately upon delivery. Should you encounter any imperfections, defects, or damages, please contact us without delay. For your convenience, we recommend documenting the unboxing process via video in case of damaged items. While we take extensive measures to ensure the quality and safe delivery of our products, if you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@decorworth.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, pertinent details, and images of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will promptly address the issue, facilitating a refund or exchange as necessary.

Return Procedure: For customers within our fulfillment area, we offer a streamlined pickup service for returns. This process involves curbside pickup from the same delivery address.

Refund Process: Once the returned products reach our warehouse, our team will meticulously assess any damages or defects. Subsequently, we will provide a suitable resolution. Please anticipate a processing time of 7-10 working days for refund or exchange procedures. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In cases where the initial payment method is inaccessible, store credit will be provided. Please be aware that certain orders may incur processing charges, and expenses related to Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and White Glove Delivery Services are non-refundable.
