Shipping policy

Standard: Standard Shipping includes a scheduled delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area" such as the front door, garage or lobby/service area of a house or high-rise building. A signature will be required upon delivery. In some cases, boxes and packaging will be removed prior to bringing the pieces into your space and safety blankets shall be used to protect both the furniture. White Glove: White Glove service includes a delivery appointment, inside placement to the room of your choice, assembly, and removal of large packaging materials. All boxes and packaging will be removed prior to bringing the pieces into your space. Blankets may also be used to protect both the furniture and the flooring.
